Our customer is the company, not your consultancy
You bring the expertise, we bring the system. KaitoSec is paid by the companies that operate the platform. That is why we have no interest in replacing consulting: without an implementation project, every platform stays empty.

- What does KaitoSec cost my client?
- Prices are public on our pricing page. Your client contracts directly with us, and you price your consulting independently of it.
- How do we start working together?
- Write to contact@kaitosec.app. We set up your access and walk you through the platform, so you can see how an engagement runs on it before you take it to a client.
- Who owns the data in the project?
- Your client. You work in their workspace during the engagement, and they keep the workspace and everything documented in it afterwards.
- What does the platform take over, and what remains consulting work?
- The platform structures, documents and follows up. Scoping, risk assessment, prioritisation and the work with management remain consulting. For ongoing collaboration there is a partner model with referral commission or a buy-in discount, described on the partners page.
