Integrity
The property that information remains accurate, complete, and unaltered except by authorised means.

Integrity ensures that data is not changed in an unauthorized or undetected way, whether by error, tampering, or system fault. It covers both the accuracy of data and the trustworthiness of the systems that handle it.
Hashing, digital signatures, version control, and change management are common ways to protect and verify integrity.
